4’ x 8’ CNC Router

A CNC router uses a metal bit spinning at a high speed to remove material along a path controlled by a robotic gantry. This process can create a profile shapes, engraving, and pockets  in thicker, harder materials than other cutting methods.

Because of the size and torque of a metal bit, CNC routers cannot work on more delicate materials such as paper and does not have the ability to produce detail in smaller projects.

Our CNC router can process standard sheet goods with an envelope of 4’ x 8’ and a gantry clearance of 12”

150 watt 4’ x 8’ C02 Laser

A laser cutter uses a concentrated beam of light to vaporize material along an ultra thin line. This machine can also etch designs for an awesome fire branded look.

Some of the characteristics of materials that have been laser cut, are fine details, sharp inside corners, and can have charcoal edges on organic materials such as plywood, and paper.

Our laser cutter produces clean cuts and engraving of fine detail on sheet goods up to 4‘ x 8’ up to .5” thick
