Gather the information below to help get you a quick and accurate estimate to get your project underway.

• Moodboards or photos of project for design

• Physical finish samples if trying to match an existing project

• Working files of preliminary artwork / Final artwork to scale if available (in vector format)

• Final sizes (or close approximation) of any graphics coverage (jobs are often priced by square footage)

• Vector art files of any shapes such as logos or text that will be profile cut

• Color references such as Hex codes / CMYK / RGB / or Pantone if project is color sensitive

• In hand dates if time sensitive

• List of deliverable’s if multi faceted project

• Link to hosted artwork (Drop Box, WeTransfer, Google Drive, Private Server) otherwise artwork can be mailed to hello@wavexperimental.com

For Installations or survey

• Job site Location and hours of operation

• Any relevant times/dates such as installation windows and event times

• Location photos and or architectural elevations / maps

• On site contact information for visit and work days

*Estimates usually take 1-3 working days to compile depending on workload.

Final prices may be held pending missing information.
